ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of Government Islamic
Commercial Banks and National Private Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2015 -
2019. This study uses the RGEC method based on Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/1 /
PBI / 2011 and Financial Services Authority Circular Letter No. 10 / SEOJK.03 / 2014. The
ratios used in this study were NPF, FDR, GCG, ROA, ROE, BOPO, and CAR. The data used
are secondary data, that is data from financial report and annual reports on the
implementation of corporate governance which have been published on the official pages of
each bank. The method used in this research is a comparative research method with a
quantitative approach. This study uses a different test using the Independent Sample T-test
for normally distributed data and the Mann Whitney test for data that is not normally
distributed with the IBM SPSS version 20 tools
