Short term Plan:

Short term goal is to work in different challenging projects to expose myself to

different technologies and develop a good technical base. I would like to move to a
Senior Technology Specialist role in the next year with potentially team leading
responsibilities.

Development Support : Mentoring , Gap analysis , Training , Secondment

opportunities in a different business unit to develop new skills.

Midterm Plan:

My midterm goal is to be in a position where I can contribute in developing the

strategy of the Line of business and potentially manage a team to achieve LoB
targets.

Apart from technical capabilities, I would also love to develop skills from other
business units to have a broader understanding of the challenges we face as a
business (potentially in product development, project management etc). I believe
these opportunities will help me to understand strategy development process and
improve my leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills.

Having exposure to product development process and technical implementation stages

would provide me unique skill sets to help Telstra in offering user friendly
products and improve NPS score as a whole.

Development Support : MBA , Secondment opportunities to develop cross department

skill sets .

Long term Plan:

Long term goal is to find myself in a senior managment position where I can play a
significant role in setting and managing Telstra�s long term strategy in the
technology space, customer experience and innovative products.

Development support : Opportunity to work with senior management to understand

their decision making process , mentorship , short international placements.
