After some research I would say to contact the council associated with the area.

Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)

During the advert we are editing in sound effects and music so no original sound will be used
because of the disruptions like dogs barking and passing cars. How ever we will take some shots
more than once to ensure the natural light is perfects for our shots.

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?)

Before filming we will check the weather on the date set for filming and a day before and a day after
to make sure the weather is fine for filming.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)

Because we are filming on a beach the tide can change throughout the day however the shot, we
want to get does not include showing the tide we want to avoid this because of the tides changing.

Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering?
In the production we will be using the natural light (sun) because of the aspect of the actor being on
holdiday.

Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?)

On set we would like to have some props you would typically find on holiday it on a beach such as a
deck chair and a towel. We are also taking a tropical type drink for the actor to take a sip of. The
actor will be dressed in a floral shirt and shorts.

Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?)

As we are set to film for one day the crew would not need to stay overnight however near the beach
there is parking and toilets nearby.

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station near by?)

At the location there is parking and also public transport (bus) to and from the location.

Covid 19 restrictions: (how will you manage Covid – 19 restrictions, e.g 1 metre rule, masks,
sanitiser?)

Because of the COVID restrictions we are taking less crew than usual and whoever goes will be
sanitised and also, we be a strict 2 meters rule at all times.
