Reflections on the Role of Mother

with Mother Mary as a Role Model

Handmaiden to the Father- Never above or equal to the Father.

To be Filled with the Holy Spirit as a Temple.

Gives birth to Jesus in the World.

Provides her own body and blood to do this action. She is like a Chalice or a Paten. She is the
Tabernacle/ Ark of the New Covenant.

She presents herself, her whole self, as an offering or “gift” to God to use as He sees fit.

She does not Divorce God. She is thoroughly LOYAL to God. Therefore, she does not divorce people, but
is thoroughly loyal to God’s Will for people.

She “Mothers” Christ in a Soul. She leads a Soul to Christ.

Feeds Souls.

Tends Souls.

Ministers to hurts and sickness.

Is in constant and total Enmity to evil in all places in all things. Alerts to the presence of evil. Father is to
vanquish evil that attacks the family.

Most highly trusted Advisor to the Father, not ruler of the Father.

Primary vocation of Mother is first to God and then in order of importance from Father then to children,
creation, facilities, church, community, state, nation, and globe.

It is important, regarding the above, that a house divided will fall.

Assists Father to bring order out of chaos.

Helps Father to pass Catholic Culture into the next generation. Mother must be a content expert in
Catholicism. Father is the only Chief Executive Officer of this function in which Mother defers all control
and offers support.

Willing service, suffering, and sacrifice. Offers up Penance. Constant Prayer.

Has Goal of Words (of Jesus through a Soul) and Deeds (of Jesus through a Soul) to match those with
God’s Will at 100%.

All Chastisements (even the smallest) are to be embraced as needed for Penance for the salvation of
souls.
