变压器机柜异响的一般排除办法

准备工作：准备好维护机柜的常用工具及做好施工人员和现场相关防护措施之后
机柜下电。

排查是否是按照安装要求来固定机柜.机柜需要安装4个膨胀螺丝来固定安装指南
上有明确的要求.孔位尺寸都是标识清楚的.

变压器柜的重量毛重1010KG.净重.950KG

1.      打开前后柜门

2.      检查机柜两侧侧板螺钉是否打紧

3.      检查机柜后柜门内两侧横梁及绝缘板螺丝是否打紧

4.      检查机柜前柜门两侧内门螺丝是否打紧

5.      排除所有区域及异常之后清理好机柜内部卫生，异物，工具等，关闭前后柜
门，机柜上电。

文档最后附有照片及力矩表

备注；固定好机柜后.也是要求要全部排查一遍
 General elimination of abnormal noise in transformer cabinet

Preparation: prepare the common tools for maintaining the cabinet and take
relevant protective measures for the construction personnel and the site before the
cabinet is powered off.

Check whether the cabinet is fixed according to the installation requirements. The cabinet needs to
be fixed with 4 expansion screws. There are clear requirements in the installation guide. The hole
size is clearly marked

The weight of transformer cabinet is 1010 kg gross weight. 950kg net weight

1.      1. Open the front and rear cabinet doors

2.      Check whether the side plate screws on both sides of the cabinet are tightened

3.      Check whether the screws of crossbeam and insulation board on both sides of
cabinet door are tightened

4.      Check whether the screws of the inner doors on both sides of the front cabinet
door are tightened

5.      After removing all areas and abnormalities, clean up the internal sanitation,
foreign matters, tools, etc. of the cabinet, close the front and rear cabinet doors, and
power on the cabinet.

Note: after fixing the cabinet, it is also required to check it all
