2.Chiller installation instructions

1. Chiller handling
Chiller before handling the necessary protective measures should be made,

2. Installation of the unit

3. Power connection
3-1 Chiller uses three-phase four-wire power supply, power cable (R S T)
connected to the power phase, (N) then zero line, (PE) ground.
* Never connect zero line (N) to mains phase.
3-2 When the unit is connected to the main power supply, the wires should
be connected to the connection terminals inside the box through the holes on
the electric control box to ensure the connection is tight.

3-3 unit power distribution requirements: the main power supply voltage
380V ± 10%
Frequency 50HZ ± 2%
3-4 When the main power supply voltage fluctuates beyond the specified

3-5 water pump system water flow switch, pump cooling fan interlock circuit,

3-6 water chillers with current overload protection, phase loss (Fire Wire)
protection, the compressor exhaust side of the high pressure protection,
suction side of the low pressure protection, motor coil overheating protection
and other measures, the use of microcomputer control, control circuit
advanced. The company's chiller control circuit has been installed in the

3. Boot operation
1. Preparation before starting up
1-1 Check whether there is any abnormality around the unit.
1-2 Check the unit power connection is proper, the voltage is in line with the
requirements.

1-4 first open the system of pumps, and then open the chiller.
※ chiller water tank and condenser must be filled with water, do not run the
pump without water, otherwise it will burn the pump.
2 chiller operation
2-1 In the power and water pipes properly, the first pump switch, then the
direction of the main pump to ensure that it operates in the correct direction,
if the opposite direction, the power cord R and S can be changed; and then
open the compressor switch , Pay attention to the fan motor steering, and
then adjust the water temperature to the required mold temperature (such as
the mold needs 12 degrees water temperature, the temperature is adjusted to
12 degrees, the mold water temperature can be maintained at 12 degrees
range). Normally the temperature can not be lowered below 3 ° C to
prevent the condenser from freezing and it shuts down automatically when
the compressor is operating at the temperature temperature.
※ The chiller is equipped with a phase protection circuit. When the red LED
(phase failure) on the control panel lights up and the alarm remembers when
the phase is reversed, turn off the power switch and then adjust the two
phases of the power cable RST Turn on the power and chiller, then the
machine will be able to return to normal work. Condenser inlet air
temperature is limited to 35 degrees below.

4.Maintenance
3-1 to avoid any items into the fan, so as not to damage the fan.
3-2 Air-Cooled Chiller Keep the surface of the radiator of the chiller clean
and the air around the radiator circulates. The temperature is low and the
radiator is regularly cleaned.
3-3 to reduce the mold down sweat generation
Stop the plastic machine, the first subsidiary of the cold water switch off,
or the chiller off, so that the mold cavity can make the water temperature so
that the mold will not produce rust.
3-4 If the chiller is in use for more than 3 months, or the high / low switch
pressure is always faulty or the cooling capacity is reduced, clean the cooling
net (if the chilled water pressure gauge pressure reading is higher than
300PSI, clean the radiator , Or check if the hose switch is closed.) If repeated
repairs according to the instructions above, the chiller malfunction still exists,
please contact us immediately.
※ Do not arbitrarily change the control circuit and any equipment inside the
chiller.

error indication Maintenance methods
Voltage fault First shut down the chiller power system, open the electrical
system box, connected to the power supply, check the power
supply voltage is normal.
Pump failure Check the pump coil impedance is open circuit or short circuit,
and then connected to the power supply, check the power
supply is normal, the current overload system RESET green
press, pay attention to the direction of pump operation.
(Note: Do not run the pump without water)
Compressor If the chiller is equipped with a pressure gauge, please note
failure that the pressure gauge is higher than 300PST, if more than,
please check the cooling fan is properly cleaned or poorly
ventilated.
note:
If the chiller is used for more than 3 months and the cooling
net is not clean and the surrounding environment is poor,
frequent high-pressure failure or reduced cooling capacity,
please arrange the staff to clean the cooling net.
5.Chiller controller instructions

Warranty
Where the company sold the machines are entitled to from the date of purchase
within one year of free maintenance.
Free repair will automatically expire in one of the following conditions:
1. Ominous purchase date and beyond the warranty period is not guaranteed.
2. The actual model code of the machine does not match the code of the label.
3. Damage caused by improper operation or intention.
4. Damage caused by disassembly, repair or alteration without our authorization.
5. The machine was flooded or burned.
