 Have worked in other restaurants and minimun two years experience working
 Person with a positive attitude, with excellent body language, a person who knows
how to communicate with customers.
 Person who has a good memory to learn the dishes of each day
 Person willing to work overtime when required
 A persuasive and attentive person is required to help enlarge the orders
 Person to help solve problems

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Wear restaurant uniform whenever you are in the restaurant.

 Welcome customers, guide them to their tables if necessary, and serve them once they
are located.
 Deliver and describe the menus and specials of the day, make recommendations and
respond to any concerns about the dishes or drinks on offer.
 Take note of food and beverage orders and deliver the order to the kitchen or bar for
preparation and take the food order in less than 2 minutes.
 Prepare and serve special dishes at the diners' tables, such as the meat fork, spoons,
and others.
 Deliver the invoice to the clients and receive their payment and thank the clients for
their visit.
JOB INTERVIEW
A: Hello Joseph, welcome to the interview, I hope you are well, we received your curriculum
and we liked it, our restaurant really needs a responsible person in the job,
J: Hello Adrian, I am the right person, I like this job.
A: We will ask you some questions, are you ready?
J: Yes, I´m ready.
A: Are you good at serving people in a restaurant?
J: Yes, I am good at serving people in a restaurant. Two years ago I worked in a fast food
restaurant and it was very good there.
A: Really? where did you work before? And why did you stop working on that restaurant?
J: I used to work at McDonalds, and I stopped working there because I had started studying,
so I didn’t have time to work
A: What time you worked as waiter?
J: I worked as a waiter since I was 18 years old. First, I worked in my uncle's restaurant and
then I worked at McDonals. Nowadays, I study but I have time to work along the week.
A: Are you good at communicating with customers? Are you good at speaking languages?
J: Yes, I am good at communicating with customers. I am an attentive, orderly and very
responsable. And, I am not good at speaking many languages, but I speak a little bit of
English
A: Do you mind wearing a uniform all day?
J: Oh, I don’t mind wearing a uniform becasuse I like the restaurant uniform.
A: Ok, one final question, would you mind working long hours?
J: No problem, but I would like not to work on weekends
A: It is understood. Well Joseph your curriculum it´s very good, we like your curriculum but
we really need a person with all our requirements.
J: I undertand and I promise to meet all the requirements.
A: Okay joseph we trust you, you are hired, the next week you start working.
J: No problem, Thanks.
