THE GROWING ECONOMY

In this diverse world with the growing technology online jobs have become a major opportunity for
most youths to take part.Nearly all the second world countries and the developing nations, lack of
jobs is very common amongst people, therefore the level of crime has greatly increased due to lack of
jobs.In this decade most people embark on various jobs that are neither office related nor the open
air ones.Most graduates are being advocated not to rely on employment but rather employ
themselves to do basic jobs.In Kenya most youths have jetted in various online jobs such as articles
online and offline writing ,re typing various pdf materials into word, writing various books and
answering simple surveys ,this has played a major role both to the learners and their mentors
,Learners have taken this opportunity to open up their minds and also as a learning platform.This
online jobs have also played a major role in funding those who take part financially thereby reducing
the dependancy rate from the free lancers to their family members.It has also given members who
take part a chance to get exposure to the outside word by enabling them to research widely on
various sources regarding the job assigned..It has also played a major role in improving grammatical
error and also sentence construction as free lancers get the opportunity to be mentored until fully
compliant with this growing system .In my country the president has encouraged this project due to
the high number of graduands who enter the competitive market every year about five hundred
thousand youths.The job opportunities have become scarce each and every year ,therefore there is
no direct guarantee for the trainers in various colleges and tertiary institutions.In my motherland
most parents are advocating for this various projects to reduce boredom and also idleness amongst
their children who are completing schools every year.It has also become a major concern for most
nations to advocate universities and most institutions to introduce communication skill as a unit as it
helps in improving sentence construction and reducing grammatical errors.Most university students
prefer this types of jobs as there are minimal requirements needed and also no physical interview
whatsoever.As a future perspection policy concerning this types of jobs ,it is evident that in the near
future almost 1/4 of students will benefit fully due to government initiative to introduce affordable
laptops and smartphones in the market.One of the things leading to high growth of this kind of jobs is
the already affordable easily accesible smartphones which play a greater role in this kind of jobs and
the internet affordability amongst most students and other members who pertake this kinds of jobs.In
the year 2025 most students will have benefited from this kind of jobs as they are growing common
day in day out.
