RECREATIONAL LEADERSHIP
I was accepted into a program at my school where we do various types of volunteering in
and out of school. We raise money for families in the community at Christmas time by
fundraising, as well as planning school events and scorekeeping volleyball and
basketball.

HSCB RUGBY SEVENS
For two years in a row, I volunteered at the HSBC Rugby Sevens in Vancouver selling
programs. Through the volunteering I interacted with many people, contributed to the
positive atmosphere, and handled money.

RIBFEST
I collaborated with other volunteers to set-up the fencing for the event, the canopy
structures, and structures to hang giant banners from.

OCTOBER 2018
ELECTION SIGN CONSTRUCTION
I aided in building and assembling election signs for one a person running for council.

RUGBY
I have played rugby for the past four years on a club team as well as a school team. I love
the community and the sportsmanship between opposing teams when game finish.

I have played softball for nine years. My favorite part of it is being in a team and cheering
on my fellow players.
SPANISH
I have taken Spanish for the past four years in high school, and I have enjoyed it a lot. I
hope to continue learning the language in the future.
