Description of Change: The new gasket for sealing of the air starting motor to the rear housing does
not compress as much as the previously used gasket. The new gasket also has a raised bead which
improves the sealing of the joint.

Adaptable To: The 9Y-6089 Gasket is a direct replacement for the 4H-7869 Gasket for the above
machines back to first production.

Note: The 4H-7869 Gasket is not cancelled.
