Al evaluated tenders in each group will then be compared fo determine the lowest evaluated tender of each group. Such lowest evaluated tenders shall be compared with each other and i as a result of this comperison a tenderer from Group A and the Tenders ‘offering Goods manufactured in Bangladesh is the lowest, it shall be selected forthe award, |, as a result ofthe preceding comparison, the lowest evaluated tender is from Group B, (2) al Group B tenders wil then be futher compared with the lowest evaluated tender ‘rom Group A, after adding to the evaluated tender price of goods offered in the tender for Group B, for the purpose of further comparison only an amount equal to fiteen (15) percent of the CIFICIP (named place of destination or named port of destination) tender price, (b) The lowest-evaluated tender determined from this last comparison shall be selected forthe award, ‘The TEC shall compare all responsive Tenders to detemine the lowest-evaluated Tender, as stated under ITT Clause 54. |n the extremely unlikely event that there is a tie for the lowest evaluated price, the Tenderer withthe superior past performance with the Purchaser shall be selected, whereby factors such as delivery period, qualty of Goods delivered, complains history and Performance indicators could be taken into consideration, Inthe event that there isa tie for the lowest price and none of the Tenderers has the record ‘of past performance with the Purchaser, then the Tenderer shall be selected, subject to firm confirmation through the Post-qualifcation process described in ITT Cause 57, after Consideration as to whether the quality of Goods that is considered more advantageous by the end-users, The successful Tenderer as stated under ITT Sub Clauses 55,1, 85.2 and 55,3 shall not be selected through lttery under any circumstances.
