Bracketing
All of your interior images showing a window
should be bracketed. What you need for
a successful bracketed image (in 3 shots):

1 Set your settings to bracketing mode -3, 0, +3

-3 0 +3

2 Fix your camera on a solid tripod

3 Don’t move while shooting your three images:

use remote control or the timer on your camera

4 Check your exposures

Only use your bracketing mode for interior

!
images showing a window.

Your darkest image should have normally

exposed windows. If they are over-exposed,
please add an exposure compensation of -2STOPS.

Make it look perfect

1 Clutter
ALWAYS REMEMBER
Toilets : the toilet seats must be down
! Remove toilet paper
Bedroom : Remove the towels from the bed

We don’t accept any kind of clutter. Make sure all the bed sheets
look perfectly neat, the pillows should be properly aligned.
Avoid photographing unattractive accessories such as toilet paper.
Feel free to move things around.

2 Alignement

Distorted images are not attractive. Make sure you are shooting
on a perfect horizontal axis. When shooting from a wide angle view avoid
objects in the foreground or middle-ground (like back of sofas, coffee tables.
Shoot more floor than ceiling. The photographs should have a natural look.

3 Lights

Open all shades and blinds

! of the home

If a lamp has an aesthetic appeal and is part of the general design,

you may turn it on. Otherwise turn all lights off. If you have a doubt,
give us two options: 1.Lights on; 2.Lights off

4 Doors

We want to present the space of each listing so please leave doors

open to show the affiliation between each area. If shooting in a very
tight space where the door is in the way, feel free to give us options
with the door open and closed.

5 Mirrors

Since we want you to shoot on a balanced axis, install your camera

and set a timer in order to get out of the frame before the photo
is taken. We will photoshop your camera & tripod later on.

6 Shoot straight on mainly

Always prioritize straight-on shots, they are more stylish.

We also need angle views for wide shots so don’t forget them either.
And if you feel like a detail shot looks better from an angle, go for it.

Our style: 3 ways of framing

Photograph your home as its best. We want to see wide views showing
the space. We also want to see medium shots to zoom in, in particular areas
of the room. Finally capture the details that make the property unique.
Each space has its unique feature, find out how to show them to the viewers!

4 Shoot the cover

This is in addition to the rest of the timeline. It is probably
the most important shots, as it is the first photo guests will see
and which should attract them into the listing!

! Always photograph them straight on

Choose the most attractive spot of the house, like in the living-room or within the
!
bedroom. Look for the best features this place has to offer! They should be the
most attractive shots of the series.

! Each option should be photographed both in horizontal and vertical!

Give us 2 options:
