INSTRUCTION: Answer the following questions in essay form.


1. Can a person still be ethical even though he has no religion? Explain.
• Yes, based on the discussion, ethics deals with ideas such as Right,
Good, and Duty correspondingly it also encompasses right
conduct and good life. Thus, even without a religion, a person still
can be ethical as long as he is already in the age wherein, he has
the capability to rationalize what is wrong and what is right. The
religion’s role in the life of a person is just a guideline or basis for
the appropriate or right treatment for something or someone and
stretches the idea that acting with a good conduct will be
rewarded by God.

2. Does living a moral life or having virtuous life mean living a good life?
Explain.
• Yes, because a person that carrying out a moral life or virtuous life
can reflect to a good life. Imagine a life that is always positive and
no negativities that surrounds you, what a good life it can be.
