basis. Reflect on the physical activities you did at home and fill in the needed data in

=Our heart is a muscle and, as with any muscle, exercise is what strengthens it.
And it can improve heart rate. And have a balanced diet in order to stay healthy.

3. Why is it important to be physically fit?


=It is important to be physically fit because it promotes strong muscles and
bones. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight. It improves
respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health.
