CHOICES OF
MATURITY &
CHARACTER
CHOICES OF MATURITY & CHARACTER

Take some time to further explore the choices of maturity and character that
were highlighted in the video lecture by answering the following questions:

1) Taking Responsibility vs. Passing Responsibility

Is your natural inclination to take responsibility for other people who refuse to
take responsibility for themselves? In what ways could you take less
responsibility for others to encourage them to step up and start taking more
responsibility for themselves?

2) Master of Emotions vs. Mastered by Emotions

Are you living a life of example by becoming a master of your emotions? Or do

your emotions still master you? What changes can you make in this area to
become a more consistent and balanced individual for others?

3) Seeking Unity vs. Promoting Disunity

Do you seek unity in your relationships by consistently bringing 100 percent? Or

are you more interested in pointing out the flaws in others? What changes can
you make today to begin working towards a greater degree of unity with others?

4) Living By Faith vs. Living In Fear

Do you spend more time with those who take risks 'in faith' that things will work
out for the best, or those who 'play it safe' in fear of making mistakes? How much
more could you achieve with your life if you were to start spending more time
with faith driven individuals?

5) Decisiveness vs. Double Mindedness

Are you committed to being decisive and standing by the courage of your

convictions? Or are you more inclined to spend time going round in circles of
indecisiveness. How can you start becoming more decisive today?

6) Seeking Growth Challenges vs. Seeking Instant Gratification

Do you want to become the person who develops a reputation for

helping people FEEL better? Or would you rather develop a reputation for
helping and coaching other people towards BECOMING better? How can you
start helping others to help themselves?
