Why are some pain that simply don’t go away?

A trauma and realization. We don’t learn and we are scared to let that happen again that is why we people being
eaten in our own problems and depresses because of this pain that we can’t even solve or forget. We intended to do
things that we don’t really actually do when we are in pain to forget but it is not right really because we are just
scared to step forward because we think that it will happen again.

I am in pain for years because someone hurt me, and that person destroy my personality just because of love. I don’t
know the reason why she did that, but many months have past I’m still chasing that answer and it put me in pain.
The more days have passed the pains grow and it can’t even solve because I seek for an answer that is not even be
found. In this pain that I’ve endured for almost years I’m scared to talk to anyone or to interact with somebody else.
Sometimes I do but it’s only in my friends who I wanted to open-up my personal pain, but it is still don’t go away.
Years passed I become mature enough and I already realized that time that I need to move on and get learn in that
pain. I need to be careful and to think positively and wisely and it helps me really a lot.

I think the reason why we don’t forget easily in the pain we feel because we are being chased by curiosity and fear.
We intended to chase those answers that we know in the end we can’t find it or if we do then we will be eaten up in
that answer. An individual can not move forward if the pain traumatized him/her. If he is already in a real pain that
no one can help even himself/herself then, he/she needs to see a psychologist or a doctor.

I'm doing a lot of listening. If a person says that they have pain, I agree that they have pain. Chronic pain is a
disorder. Emotional pain stress can increase symptoms, which is why mental therapy may be necessary. Pain circles
used to think that depression causes pain. We now know that they live together, but they should be handled
separately through a range of therapies and specialists. Chronic pain is very different it is not a common pain already
and a person will really need a help and medication or if you are scared you need to move on and step forward
because you do have friends and family that will support you.
