My biggest difficulties (in my work) involve: There are following difficulties may be
occurs in my work, these are as follows.

Challenge in a new place:

It is very difficult to adjust in a new place the reason is that in a new place there is no body
how know you. In this situation I must be fell nerves and does not able to share my ideas with
others. So as a result you are able to do your work with honestly.

Time management:
I am a hard working young man and hard work demands extra time. I am also waste my time
to do something extra for the organization. So as a result I am not able to manage my time.

Mistakes:
In the modern age to do work with your hand is not too much easy as compared to the
technology. My English is also not too much good, that is way I often makes the mistake in
written documents.

Trust on others: It is not easy to trust on every one in an office. But without trust we are not
able to do our work properly, so in this way we loss many things that is very harmful for the
organization. As a result it is very important to trust on others so that they can share their
ideas to achieve some certain goals for organization.

Attitude: Attitude plays an important role to achieve some certain goal for organization. but
My attitude is very strange and even more aggressive then it need. With such type of attitude
people do not shares their ideas and organization may be fail.

Working place issue: There are numbers of a business according to the business the work
place is also Change, but I like to work in an office to get better result. To provide an
individually office for organization is not an easy task. So it is also a big issue for me.
Ability to be Creative:
It is a challenge that may be face by everyone at all the time. It is often see that these
challenge come from employees. AT time working place is not suitable that may be disturb
you and finally you lose your focus to achieve the goal.

Lack of skills: Everyone included me, we think that our experience and skills both of them
match with our work. But the workplace even more than as we think. So there is to develop
more skills as soon as possible, so that the goal of an organization may be achieves.

Find group: I do not like to work in a group. But people think that the collective knowledge
of a group may be cause motivation in the group members. They are maybe right, but I like to
work without a group because I work more hard when I am alone also other reason is that in a
group some members are too much lazy and some of them inactive.

Problem with boss:

In the office or in the organization there are only few people that might be happy with their
boss. The boss attitude, under instruction and role it is very difficult to perform some extra
achievements to the organization. I am also like to work according to my role that is way I do
not like to work under the boss.

Conclusion: These are the some major issues which I feel difficult in a work place in my
work.

My greatest strengths (in my work) involve:
My greatest strengths in my work are as follows.

Ability to work hard:

I am young but a hardworking man. i do more than need. I focus only with my work. There is
nothing that will prevent me to achieve my goal. That is way people like me and my work.
Communication skills:
The communication skills play an important role to achieve some certain goal. I have also
strong communication skills. Due to my communication skills students likes me and also they
discus personal problem with me. I also know that due to my communication skills make me
an ideal person for the teaching.

Listening ability:
My other great strength is my listening ability. I pay full attention to what I am told to others
and others told to me. My listening skills also motivate to the others.

Time management: It is a very important part of our job, because without time management
we can do nothing that is way I focus on time management and try to achieve my goals
before the deadline. I am also capable of doing multiple projects at a time.
 Sympathetic with others:
I know that to run an organization sympathetic is a very important thing. Sympathetic with
others make them happy and they do well to achieve their targets. As a result they finish their
targets in advance of a deadline.

To make a plan:
Without plan you can do nothing. To achieve some certain goals then there must be a strong
planning in advanced, so that without waste of time, we can achieve our goals. I am a person
how makes many plans at a time, to make a plan is my biggest strengths, that is way boss like
me very much and he is satisfied with my work.

Patience:
My attitude is too much strange and it varies according to the situation. I also know there is a
need of patience to achieve the organization goals. Whenever you deals others with patience,
They fell more energetic, as a result their potential is raise and they do well for organization.

Discipline:
I like to follow the discipline of an organization. Without discipline everything is destroy.
You need to follow the discipline of an organization to get maximum results. I like discipline
that is way everyone appreciate me.

Make fun: under discipline I like to make some fun with my work, so that I cannot feel
boring during office time. With the help of fun, I fell happy and in this way, I do more than
need. So as a result I achieve my target in advance of a deadline.

Conclusion:
These are major strengths which I feel difficult in a work place in my work.
