BISYON The President Ramon Magsaysay State University shall be a progressive learner-centered research
university recognized in the ASEAN region in 2020.
MISYON PRMSU shall primarily provide advance and higher professional, technical and special instructions in
various fields; undertake research and extension, as well as income generation programs for the
sustainable development of Zambales, the region and the country. (Sec. 2, R.A. 11015)
TUNGUHIN NG KOLEHIYO Seventy-five (75%) of the students should pass the Licensure Examination above the national
percentage rate and;
Graduates of the Teacher Education Program shall have the ability to:
1. Relate education to the larger historical, social, cultural and political processes;
2. Use wide range of teaching methodologies to effectively facilitate learning in various types of
environment;
3. Device alternative teaching approaches for diverse learners;
4. Plan lessons with appropriate instructional materials to effective delivery and assessment of
learning outcomes;
5. Build a strong character reflecting professional and ethical standards; and
6. Grow in person and in profession through the pursuit of lifelong learning.
