Constructions and Materials. 2-1 Pressure part ‘The pressure part shall consist of heating tubes and headers, both mounted by welding. ‘The heating tube shall be well supported by the tube supporter fitting to tolerate vibration due to pulsation of the exhaust gas. ‘The heating tube shall be steel fin tube which has square-shaped fins, ‘two sheets each constituting one pair of fin. When the heating tubes are to be replaced, withdrawal in groups shall be practicable. Materials used shall be as follows : “Header : Pressure steel tube. sHeating tube Boiler steel tube. (fin tube) “Fin : Mild steel plate (JIS SPHC)) 2-2 Casing Casing shall be of steel plate made and shall consist of exhaust gas inlet duct, heat exchanger section and exhaust gas outlet duct. In order to facilitate replacement of heating tubes, the heat exchanger section shall be provided with a door. Vibration-proof shall be insured by providing sturdy feet and reinforcement by use of shape steel. 2-3 Insulation Casing shall be thoroughly insulated by use of rockrool blanket while the outside shall be protected with galvanized iron plate. 2-4 ALL the headers and heating tubes shall be installed inside the casing. 3.
