JOINT ACCOUNT SINKING FUND AGREEMENT

This Joint Account Sinking Fund Agreement is made this _____ day of _____ 2021 by
and between Ms. Queenzel Kate Alipin, Ms. Errah Claire Cabrera, Ms. Anne
Kaithlyn Gonzales, Ms. Alexa Genmary Gulfan, Ms. Audina Labiaga, Ms. Cj Nicole
Mantalaba, and Ms. Kate Eisley Mora. In consideration of the terms set forth herein,
the parties hereby agree as follows:

Savings Bank Account

 Creating a savings bank account is assigned to Ms. Mantalaba, hence, the

account will be placed under her name.
 Ms. Mantalaba must practice diligence of a good father of a family in
handling the debit card. In case of loss, she will shoulder the
corresponding fee.

Sinking Fund

 A monthly deposit of P200.00 must be performed by every parties starting

April 2021.
 After every deposit, a picture of the receipt must be sent to the group chat.
Ms. Alipin will handle the compilation of the receipts while Ms. Gulfan will
keep track of each deposit.
 Negligence of duty will have a corresponding penalty of:
1 month = Pardon
2 months = P100.00
3 months = P150.00
4 months = P200.00
5 months = P250.00
6 months and above = P500.00
 Withdrawals must be agreed upon by majority or all of the parties.
 A yearly audit will be conducted by Ms. Cabrera and Ms. Labiaga.
This Agreement may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and signed by all
parties. The term of the Agreement shall begin on April 1, 2021 and shall continue
through its termination date of March 31, 2023.
