Good morning!

In your DRs kindly practice delivering impromptu presentations. Please encourage and support each
other as this may be the first time for many. The process you can follow is:
1. Assign each other one of the topics below. You can choose to agree or disagree with the topic.

 Child abuse and self-sabotage

 Corporations instead of governments 
 Soap causes cancer
 A blood test for mental health
 Grand national dialogue
 Neighborhoods by profession
 Emotional abuse as violent as physical abuse
 Genius acts of vandalism

 2. Once you are assigned a topic utilize one minute to take notes on a piece of paper without
consulting the internet or anyone. You have to use a structure for your notes. Some possible
structures could be:

 Point, Past, Present, Future, Point

 Cause, Effect, Remedy
 Before, the Event, the Result
 P.R.E.P. (Point. Reason. Example. Point) 
 Issue, Pros vs. Cons, Conclusions
 Who, What, When, Where, Why, How, What If, Why Not?
 Problem, Cause, Remedy
 Local, Provincial, National, International
 The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, My Point of View
 The Plan, the Challenges, the Facilitating Factors, the Plan

3. Deliver your presentation for three minutes sharp. One of you can time presentations.
 
4. Give each other healthy encouragement. Share what you did well. Be careful not to discourage
anyone.
