CASE N°1
The problem occurs during the garantee period defined by the date
mentionned on the white label.
In that case, please immediately contact SCHLUMBERGER FRANCE, indicating the white label
mentions and a precise description of the problem.
As soon as we have those informations, we will ask ROCKWELL AUTOMATION FRANCE to
intervene via the ROCKWELL AUTOMATION branch of your country.
This procedure has the advantage of ensuring a quick trouble fixing.
The intervention or, according to the case, the sending of parts will entirely be taken in charge by
ROCKWELL AUTOMATION.
CASE N°2
The problem occurs after the garantee period defined by the date
mentionned on the white label.
Two possibilities :
1. If you are already in relation with the ROCKWELL AUTOMATION branch of your country,
please contact it directly.
In that case, the expenses relative to the worked hours, the travelling, the repair, the parts sending
will be invoiced to you directly by the ROCKWELL AUTOMATION branch.
2. If you have no relation or do not know the ROCKWELL AUTOMATION branch of your
country (or, at the worse, if there is no such branch in your country), contact SCHLUMBERGER
FRANCE who, one way or another, will make ROCKWELL AUTOMATION intervene.
In that case, the expenses relative to the worked hours, the travelling, the repair, the parts sending
will be invoiced directly to you by ROCKWELL AUTOMATION.
