When Pearson stopped printing the book in 2006, the copyright was taken over by Franklin
and Powell, and their company, Ellis-Kagle Press, now owns the copyright and continues to
publish the book. It is being sold at a large discount over other similar text books at a price
that is not much over the cost of printing, storing, and distributing.

Amazon sells new and used printed copies of the 3rd edition at prices all over the map.

Information above is current as of March 2020 and will be updated if any information above is
modified. Inventory of printed hardcover books is currently approximately 140 books. Ellis-
Kagle Press no longer prints or has inventory of paperback versions of the book.

Ellis-Kagle Press has now created the only legal eBook version of this title and it is available for
purchase as outlined above. No electronic copies of the title exist on the internet that
obtained permission from the copyright owners other than those offered by Ellis-Kagle Press.
