1. Make sales forecast for 6 months starting from July to December based on the following data
- Consider total Machine capacity
0.33ml = 12,000 bottles per hour
0.6ml = 12,000 bottles per hour
1litre = 10,000 bottles per hour
1.5llitres = 8,500 bottles per hour
2llitres = 7,000 bottles per hour
Consider production volume of 90% of machine capacity with 26 working days per
month
Consider 50% sales for Addis Ababa and 50% sales for regions
2. What is your sales and distribution plan to increase market share in the existing market and to
expand nationwide?
3. What unique value addition should the business expect in your first month of employment
4. Suggest how to organize your sales and marketing department, and show how you build all
necessary teams.
