Seat Foodie’s unique app will have a logistics delivery system implemented similar to the
software GrubHub and Uber Eats has incorporate into their own applications. This delivery
platform has helped to increase partnering with restaurant’s logistics support. Special aggregators
allow small restaurants and food joints to have a smooth delivery process, which has opened a
new opportunity for the food delivery startups, who don’t have enough budget to have their own
delivery system. Seat Foodie will benefit from a partnership with this kind of aggregator
available by not having to worry about delivery issues in the future. First step is establishing the
right audience to market the Seat Foodie app, which most likely happens to be the younger and
middle-aged concert attendees who detest the waiting lines in the food court. After that comes
figuring out the layout for the user and restaurant apps to allow an easy transaction process for
both parties. Users usually appreciate a clutter-free and easy to use app that allows them to
facilitate quick one tap orders that should always be a top priority when creating the layout. The
user app version should have these qualities presented in order to succeed: easy user registration
& account setup, easy map navigation to locate stadium/venue & restaurant within the facility,
simple adding button and deleting buttons for food items in cart, real-time delivery tracking, and
secure payment system (PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). On the other hand, restaurant
business owners need the ease of database information when viewing current orders within
different restaurants who they are partnered with. The owner app version should have these
qualities presented in order to succeed: simple restaurant registration, accurate restaurant details
& deals, enable sending order confirmations to customers, and control over how your restaurant
receives its payment. As well as GPS integration to define the seat location for delivery purposes

within the stadium or venue chosen. Lastly, create a checklist on potential food delivery app
development partner with extensive research of each one to assure we are making the appropriate
decision. Through the whole looking process acknowledge these crucial questions: What is their
experience in handling food delivery app development model? Do they follow the Agile App
Development process? Do their developers follow the standard coding and utilize the latest
