Sub : Interview call for Selection for the post of Dy. General Manager(Civil) (E-4 Grade).

Sir,
With reference to your application for the post of Dy. General Manager(Civil), it gives us great
pleasure in inviting you to appear for an interview for the above mentioned post on 12.08.2016 at 9:00
A.M. Your candidature has been shortlisted for interview.

2. You are requested to be present in our Corporate office at NPCC Limited, Plot No.67-68, Sector-
25, Faridabad - Haryana – 121004 (Nearest walk-able distance from Ballabgarh Railway Station & Bus
Complex) for document verification process. In case the documents are in order then only you will be
allowed to appear in the interview.

3. You should bring the following documents in original and a set of Photostat copy of the same
for verification at the time of interview.
i) This Call Letter.
ii) Proof of Date of Birth Certificate as per advertisement.
iii) You have to bring all original experience certificates with tenure proof, present employer
certificate and qualifications certificates.
iv) You have to bring latest Form-16 of Assessment Year 2016-17.
v) You are requested to go through the condition No. 15 of advertisement regarding ‘No
Objection Certificate’ from present employer. You are once
again advised to appear for Interview only when you are confident of producing proper
relieving order from the present organization employer, in the event of your selection. Your
joining report, if selected will not be taken without proper relieving order, date of
birth certificate, qualification certificate, experience certificates and also emoluments /
CTC certificate from your present organization.
vi) Since your application has not been received through proper channel, in case of
selection you will not entitle for any past service benefit and you will be placed on the
minimum of pay scale and your joining if selected will be only after getting proper
relieving order from the present employer. You will submit a undertaking in this
regard before appearing for interview.

vii) During Interview, you can reply either in English or Hindi.


viii) Certificates of Academic & Professional qualifications, degree etc., and statement of marks
of all the semesters /years/attempts of examination of prescribed qualification.
ix) You have to bring proof of where you are working i.e. a listed company.
x) Document Proof of your pay and allowances etc. drawn in various posts, if employed
currently or previously.
xi) “No Objection Certificate” from your present employer, if serving in Central Govt./State
Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or autonomous organization, in case your
application has not been forwarded through proper channel.
xii) SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD(OBC/SC/ST) certificate if applicable, in format prescribed for
Central Govt. posts in India.
xiii) OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates must produce a recent caste certificate (The
certificate must be issued within 6 months from the date of interview) as applicable for the
posts under the Government of India rules.
xiv) PWD Certificate issued by a Government Hospital / Medical Board showing the degree of
permanent disability in support of their claim for being handicapped. Please ensure that your
disability is as per rules notified by the Government of India (If applicable).
xv) For attending the interview, outstation candidates will be paid 2 nd AC Sleeper rail/Bus fare
by the shortest route on production of Railway Ticket PNR no./ Bus Journey tickets and the
documents mentioned in Para 3 above.

Please note that if all the relevant documents mentioned in Para-3 above are not produced or if you
are found not fulfilling the qualifications or other criteria outlined in our Advt. no
NPCC/Regular/Civil/Electrical/May/2016 or fail to produce any of the requisite documents as mentioned by
you, at the time of documents verification, on the date of interview, your candidature shall be cancelled and
you shall neither be interviewed nor paid travelling fare.

Candidates are requested to make their own arrangements for stay in case their interview is not
completed on the same day.
