At the outset kindly accept our gratitude on behalf of all Employees for
MEA transfer
of Pension Funds up to 2020-21 in NPS Account. Pension was introduced in pSU,s

vide 2nd Pay Revision done in20or. However, there was a deray of
about 15 years
CFP-OA before the benefits of same could reach SAIL Employees.

of 9o/o in loss making years. This is also a clear violation of 30% Superannuation

Coal lndia Limited has recently awarded compensatory interest on pension
COSMEX contribution for the delayed period. We hope that a similar view can
also be taken in
Koll<ata SAIL. As pension is1 a right of the Employee to lead a dignified life
after giving his
golden years to an organization. We are sure that your kind
