 After our marriage (20th Nov.

2011), ankieta started complaing about periods of small

durations (about 2 days ) but they were regular. So we visited Dr. Bidyut Bhattacharya(MD,
Gyane) in Durgapur.
 He advised ankita to go through TVC(report of which is attached) on 22 april 2012.
 Everything was found normal and he prescribed folic acid tablets for 10 days only.
 After about nine months i.e. on 5th Jan. 2013, ankieta started complaing about chest pain in
left side. We consulted Dr. Ashish chatterjee (physician) in Main Hospital , Durgapur.
 ECG was done two times (on 9th Jan & 13th Jan 2013) but on both occasion it was found
normal. BP was fluctuating (80/106, 90/130,90/110).
 On 13th Jan 2013, Dr Ashish Chatterjee suggested to take a USG.
 USG was done on 15th Jan 2013 (report is attached).
 We contacted Dr Bidyut Bhattacharya and he said that an operation has to be done as it is
non curable(as it is thick walled) and as size is big, it may cause a severe pain in near future.
