1. Describe the circumstances in which you would post a negative message to social
media
- My friends often post their invitations on facebook or messenger. In some cases
that I can not go with them, I have to comment the post/ send messages in order to
apologize for not attending the parties.
- When I have to cancel a meeting which was planned through social media, a
negative message will be posted on my social network.

2. List three reasons why verbal and visual supports are important.
- Enhance the quality of communication
- Let the audience understand what your messages is.

- Make the information trustable, interesting and clear in order to easily approach the
listeners.

3. Your college/university is preparing a brochure to persuade prospective students

to enroll. The school doesn’t want to invest a lot of money in full-scale document
testing. What free or almost-free things could it do to make the document as
effective as possible?
- Looking for collaborators (students, etc) to participate in full-scale document testing
or writing articles. This idea can help the school save their money and enhance the
relationship between university and students.

5. What strategies do you use to overcome presentation anxiety?

- Make notes or words that I’m going to prepare.
- Take a deep breathe before presentation.
- During my presentation, I often look at some specific places like where my
friends are siting.
