I, BEN M. MANGAHAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, residing at 1674-A

Katon Street, Bgy. La Paz, Makati City, hereby depose and state:

1. I am the Messenger/Liaison officer of Seahorse Realty Corporation with

address at 1172 Pasong Tamo, Makati City

2. On 20 August 2008, I served a copy of our lawyer’s Demand

Letter/Notice To Vacate dated August 19, 2008 to Mr. & Mrs. Nemesio Beare at
their address at No. 1 Kalayaan Avenue, Cembo, Makati City.

3. However, they refused to receive the said Demand Letter/Notice To

Vacate so I left their copy to their door.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing.

1. I am the Property Manager of Seahorse Realty Corporation with

address at 1172 Pasong Tamo, Makati City

2. On 20 August 2008, I instructed our Messenger/Liaison Officer Ben M.

Mangahas to served a copy of our lawyer’s Demand Letter/Notice To Vacate
dated August 19, 2008 to Mr. & Mrs. Nemesio Beare at their address at No. 1
Kalayaan Avenue, Cembo, Makati City.

3. Spouses Beare refused to receive the said Demand Letter/Notice To

Vacate so I instructed Ben Mangahas to leave their copy to their residence.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing.
