PT 1: Fundamental concepts and method of political analysis

Based on your readings, give your opinion on the following statement below.

1. Why do political questions so often boil down to economic issues? Is this healthy?

Maybe it is because politics and economy are joined at the hip. They are always related since economy
talks about money and money makes the world go around. It is not healthy at all.

2. Are revolutions best thought of as a social phenomenon or as a political phenomenon?

Revolutions best thought of as a political phenomenon, it is because revolution is a fundamental and

relatively sudden change in political power and political organization which occurs when the population
revolts oppression (political, social, economic) or political incompetence.

3. To what extent has the recognition of racial and gender divisions produced meaningful political change?

Actually for me there is no gender division for a meaningful political change we need to be equal in our
rights. Treat other fairly, just take note of this that we all created as one by our creator with no other
discriminations. So create a meaningful political change for the benefits of all genders.
