1. During your wait at the clinic how often did the nurses treat you with courtesy and
respect upon your long waiting?
2. Do they try their best to retrieve the documents as fast as they could even though t
manual or are they reluctant?
3. How does other patient around the clinic react while waiting?
4. Do you as a patient get irritated going to the clinic having to wait or do you go with the
mindset knowing that you already have to wait so it doesn’t really bother you?
5. How hard is it dealing with errors made on your information sheet?
6. Do you think that that will transfer from using manual to an electronic document
system?
7. Do you honestly think the visit to the clinic is worth it despite the wait?
8. What are different ways in which you pass the time while waiting?
9. How dramatically difference do you think it would be if you transfer from the manual
system that they have to the electronic?
10. Have you ever been to the clinic with a serious emergency and still had to wait for them
to retrieve your files
 Analysis of Data

A lot of the questions asked had the same answers. First question had mix answers, on one hand they said
some nurses were rude while others say they are respectful. Additionally you could realize the frustration
with the patient resulting in all of them having the same goal and that is to have the manual system
changed. Especially number ten (10) question really shows the seriousness because of the emergency
explained to me and they still had to wait. To conclude the patient would be so happy and at ease going to
clinic changing it from manual to electronic filing.
