POSITION: Solutions Manager (Home building solutions)

JSW Group, is a $12 billion conglomerate with presence across various sectors: Steel, Energy, Minerals, Port
& Infrastructure, Cement, Ventures, and Paints across India, the US, South America, and Africa.
JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one stop, omni-channel
& integrated tech-led offering for SMEs, Influencers & Independent Home Builders (IHBs) leveraging existing
products and distribution network of JSW Steel, Cement & Paints.

OBJECTIVE:
JSW One is looking for Solutions Manager – Design to oversee the development of Independent Home Builder
and Influencer solutions in home/small commercial building sector. They are involved from inception
through production, implementation and post-implementation phases of projects. Instead of focusing on one
aspect of a project they take a wholistic approach to projects. They will work directly with IHBs, Influencers,
internal technology and UI/UX alike, to ensure solutions are built to solve home building needs/pain points
of consumers

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

• Develop new solutions in home building to address a business opportunity, while working alongside
business stakeholders, potential users to refine that concept
• Develops solution design documents and performs requirements analysis.
• Identify monetization opportunities for the identified solutions and build ROI roadmap
• Specify and manage the key solution features, build road maps for development, and determine the
appropriate method for testing
• Identify, manage and work with partners to get the solutions delivered, incl. business/partnership
development
• Define a MVP, and provide detailed use cases to the development team, as well as create and execute the
go-to-market strategy
• Engage with the Design and tech team throughout the development process, to design the solution, achieve
the originally conceived business value, or to redefine the value proposition based on lessons learned
• Identify and shortlist service providers (Architects, Contractors, Vastu) required for service delivery
• Design training programs for service providers to ensure required customer experience is achieved
• Supports implementation work through system configuration, testing, training, and deployment as
necessary
• Benchmark against leading global and local players

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

• Work in a collaborative team environment, strong client interfacing skills, excellent written and verbal
communication skills, and the ability to work individually
• Juggle multiple leads, business engagements, or use cases simultaneously, and manage competing priorities
• Proven experience of working with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel
