Step 1:A plant machine is used to heats the pavement surface which is usually using
propoane radiant heaters)

Step 2: After the heating process, the plant will scarifies the pavement surface using a bank of
nonrotating teeth.

Step 3: Rejuvenating agent will be added to improve the recycled asphalt binder viscoscity.

Step 4:Standard auger system will mix and level the recycled mix
Step 5: The recycled asphalt pavement is then compacted using conventional compaction
equipment.
