Questionnaire of personal and organizational values congruence for employee (Q-POVC)

Dear Respondent,

There is no doubt, that each one of us has a value system, which supports our everyday decisions.
Also the organizations that we work in base their daily activities on a certain value system that they
use. However, a question of how much do our personal values coincide with the prevailing/existing
values that of an organization arises. Therefore, a survey is conducted to help compare and contrast
your personal values and the values of an organization, which you work in, to find out which of the
values correspond and which values have the largest gaps.

Your opinion is very important for this research, therefore we ask you to spend a fraction of your
valuable time filling out this questionnaire.

The questionnaire consists of 5 parts:

organization that you work in.
