The pie charts describes the average amounts of three types nutrients in tipical meals consumed in

USA. The nutrients which observed here are Sodium, Saturated fat, and Added sugar. It is clear to be
seen that a dinnes consumed in USA mostly consist of Sodium and Saturated fat, while a high
amount of Added sugar can be found on snacks.

A breakfast meal in USA have the lowest of all three tyoes nutrients by only have below 20% for all
types. The precentage of Sodium and saturated fat risen up by around 10% in lunch if compared to
breakfast. The highest amount of Sodium and Saturated fat can be found in dinner by 43% and 37%
respectively. The average amount of Added sugar consisted in dinner is 23%.

On the other hand, consumed snacks in USA mostly consist of Added sugar by average amount 42%.
The snacks itself only consist small amount of Sodium and around 21% of Saturated fat.
