SUBJECT: ORIENTATION ON THE STRENGTHENING OF

PROJECT MONITORING COMMITTEES (PMCs) IN
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUs)

This refers to the attached Unnumbered Memoradum dated

September 23, 2020 from Dir. Julie J. Daquioag, Ph.D., CESO III and letter
from Dir. Rolyn Q. Zambales, Director of the Office of Project Development
Services regarding the above-mentioned activity on October 19-20, 2020
via Zoom Cloud Meetings.

In this regard, kindly inform your respective LCE and request the
participation of six (6) members of their PMC, including the chairman,
secretariat and at least one CSO to the said activity.

Further, kindly advise all participants to prepare stable internet

connection and to observe minimum health protocols (i.e. for those attending
as a group, please observe the wearing of face masks and physical
distancing).

Finally, please advise the participants in your respective LGU to submit

the accomplished confirmation slip not later than October 5, 2020 thru
email at dilgr3.nuevaecija@gmail.com and to register online through
google link http://bit.ly/RegistrationSheetRegion3.
