Skirting

I would like to replace 100% of the current skirting with HardieSoffit Cedarmill soffit panels with 1”x2”
wood slats every 16”. The east (side) façade currently has vinyl skirting, and the other three sides have
wood panels with wooden slats but need to be replaced. We would like to replicate the original skirting
from the front (south) façade (see below).

The height of the skirting varies from façade to façade because of the level of the ground. The new
skirting will go from the ground, up to the trim piece that runs flush with the bottom of the windows.

Proposed skirting material:

Current Skirting Condition:

East (side) façade:

West (side) façade: South (front) façade:

North (back) façade:

To demonstrate how the trim piece (which separates skirting from siding) will be level throughout:

So although the east side skirting will be taller than the south and west side, the top of it will all be level.

Skirting will not be used on the front of the house.
