INTRODUCTION:
The job description contains simple job-related details that are valuable for presenting a
detailed job and appealing to a pool of capacity. Comprises details like job title, place of
employment, employee reporting, a summary of job, environment, and goals of work,
duties, and activities to be done, conditions of working, equipment, equipment and tools
to be utilized by the potential employee and the risks involved. The main aim of job
descriptions is to collect work-related information to advertise a specific job. It helps to
appeal, identify, hire, and choose the right person for the right job.

The job specification is also known as staff qualifications, job specifications are carved
statements of experiences, particular qualifications, experience level, emotional,
technical, communication, and physical skills that are necessary to do a job, work-
related obligations, and other unusual sensual needs. It contains mental health, general
health, intelligence, fitness, recollection, judgment, leadership skills, expressive ability,
adaptableness, elasticity, morals and values, habits and art, etc. Based on the job
description, the job description helps the candidates to evaluate their qualifications for a
particular job. It is helpful to hire organization members to appreciate the qualifications
that must be provided for a baptismal candidate to qualify for an opening job. Job
specifications run comprehensive information about the job, containing job
responsibilities, required physical and technical skills, communication skills, and more. It
helps in selecting the right person for the job.

Job descriptions and job specifications are two important aspects of the analysis of the
job. They describe the job in full and direct both the manager and the worker on how to
proceed with the entire staffing and process of selection. Both of these data sets are
serious to building good stability between work and aptitude, evaluating enactment and

1. Vehicle Mechanic:
a. Nature of job

 Vehicle engine inspection and components of electronics and mechanics to find


out the issue exactly.
 Vehicle inspection of the system, computer, and electronic systems and
maintaining, repairing, and upgrading it.
 Conducting maintenance on the routine aim to the functioning of vehicles and
permanency

b. Job brief

We are looking for an Auto Mechanic with the ability to store and renovate the cars. You
will be accountable for finding problems and fix the problems with the aim of high
dependability and performance.

An outstanding car mechanic who has good hand-to-hand interaction. They are well
experienced in the difficult electrical or mechanical methods of automobiles and have
outstanding issue-solving skills. They also need to be good correspondents to deliver
counsel to clients.

c. Responsibilities

 Check the car's engine and mechanical/electrical equipment for problems


accurately
 Check computer and electrical systems for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
 Perform standard maintenance work (replace liquids, lubricants, etc.) aimed at
automotive performance and longevity

have grown as a result of easy job searches online. The job is advertised on the job
boards to attract the people who fit into the requirement of the job

Company Website. The posting of job advertisements on the official website of the
company. The applicant directly visits the official website which is directly directed to
another location. In this place where all the jobs vacant are advertised. On the company
website, the company not only posts opening jobs but also does frequently asked
questions related to working for the company. These benefits are offered and other
things which help the company to stand out.

Social Media. Google+, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn amongst others, these social
media networks are the main bases of employment. Today most applicants are in one
or all of these social media, creating them an ideal room to endorse openness in their
career. However, social media is not only about job posting but also provides a chance
for discussion. It is a room where a person can advertise the product of the company
and provide perceptive evidence about the industry and company. Once the company
has laid the substance with the supporters, they will be more probable to come to the
company directly when they are watching for employment.

Referrals. The fastest-growing source of employment is where it is a transfer of staff.


Touching the existing staff to have the discovery of the new talent and strategy is smart.
Considering providing incentives transfer, like bonuses. Making sure that the employees
are referring good and highly qualified and experienced candidates to the running
opening. Establishing a plan to do, if the employee refers the asked candidate or
directly requests the transfer of employees in all the company job applications.
