PREFACE
This research is designed for the purpose of knowing the definition of McDonaldization
and its origin for those students who don’t have an idea about the topic. Moreover, it does not
only focus on the McDonaldization but also it gives emphasize on the process and management
of the food industry such as McDonald, KFC, and Starbucks and the government issues.

On the other hand, McDonaldization and Government issues is also include in this nation
discussion, but the major discussion is about the McDonaldization on the accounting principle,
effect on globalization, and the rules on a workplace to be a good employee.

There are three sub-topics on this research such accountability, responsibility, and
transparency that can connect to a workplace or government agency.
