Rationale: The Apprenticeship aims to build a competent management workforce and forms part
of the solution to help get apprentices into the organizational structure by equipping them with
technical and core skills needed to take on new roles, both today and in the future.
Project Objectives:
● A system for training a new generation of HRMS officers with often some accompanying
study and project involvements.
1. To develop the knowledge, skills and abilities of Human Resource Management students
through workshops, training programs and other related activities.
2. To foster a harmonious relationship, unity, and cooperation among the members with the
intent of developing them into aspiring managers and young, dynamic business leaders.
Logistical Requirements:
● Zoom
● Reliable Internet Connection
● Device with microphone
● Posters
● Google forms
● Schedule and who will announce prior to the event
Expected Output:
● New officers should be able to build up knowledge, skills and responsibility, gaining
qualifications that the organization will be needing to thrive.
Success Indicator:
● The apprentices/ new officers had help to develop skills for the organization. They
understand how the organization works while having an improved personal and social
skills.
● With the given Post Evaluation Score afterwards, the goal would be to at least reach a
four out of five score.
