2) Adjust the 2 studs with a torque wrench in order to have a contact between the front crash box and the
chassis (torque=30N.m).
3) Lock the studs with the dowels.

Caution 1-3-1: The Underfloor Support (OR03-14-042) position is very important. It determinates the
underfloor position.The 130 mm quotation between the chassis and the lower side of the underfloor must
be checked.
The Ligier JSP3 front suspension uses pushrod system with anti-roll bar and twin dampers.

Caution 2-3-1: Upright and bearing spacer ref. OR03-02-028 are machined with the same settings.
Therefore those parts should never be separated and are sold by pair.

For mounting the steering column system, you can adjust the spacer thickness in
order to tighten the system without crush the deformable cartridge. Make sure that
the screw M4 is always mounted on the steering lock nut. For tighten the steering
lock nut and the screw M4, always use LOCTITE 243

You can add spacer (10mm thickness) between steering column bracket and the
chassis.

6-2-1 WINDSCREEN
WINDSCREEN JOINT
The tear off are needed to protect the windscreen and to increase the visibility quickly during
the race. In fact, the wind screen has a protection on his external surface. It is strongly
advised to avoid removing the last tear off, because the external protection of the windscreen
will be destroyed and the visibility will be bad.
Caution 6-2-3: You should verify that the locking door system work well before every race week-end. It is
necessary to pay close attention to lever positions so that system works properly.
Caution 6-2-4: Foam can be added in the air inlet, in the cockpit, in case of rain conditions. Do not forget to
put it out after the race.
Caution 6-2-5: The air temperature in the cockpit is important. It should be respected at any moment the
LMP3 Technical Regulation ART 14.1.9.
Caution 6-2-6: For the drink circulation, clean the hose after every race week-end.

7-3 MIRROR
In order to adjust the mirror’s glass, you have to unscrew the top screw M10 to release the glass.
Caution 7-4-1: Basic setup : OR03-13-043 & OR03-13-044 for an 11,5° angle.

To set the front ride height, please measure the A length (H ruler to top of the chassis) on the R/H and L/H and
compare to the front ride height setup tab.

To fix the rear setup plate (1) on the gearbox, please use screws CHC M10x150 Lg25 (x2) and ONDUFLEX CURVED
SPRING WASHER ø10 (x2).
To set the rear ride height, measure the B length (H ruler to rear setup plate) on the R/H and L/H and compare to the
rear ride height setup tab.
