This Price Concession:

(i) is offered by the Zebra legal entity which may be accepting the purchase order related to this Price Concession, as it will be
indicated on the associated purchase order acknowledgement that will be issued to you in due course;
(ii) is only made available to you, the purchasing entity identified in the field "Account";
(iii) must be used only for the ultimate resale of the products listed herein to the End User identified above for the opportunity
detailed herein ("Opportunity") and may not be used for another opportunity;
(iv) cannot be used in conjunction with other special pricing offers; and
(v) it is valid from the above-mentioned date but Zebra may withdraw it at any time, for example if the reseller does not pursue
or win the opportunity or if it is superseded by a later price concession granted by Zebra for the same end user opportunity.

Please ensure that the Price Concession Request number included above is quoted on any future related correspondence. If
you have any questions regarding this Price Concession, please contact your Zebra account manager.
If no Zebra services have been or will be offered or purchased in connection to this Price Concession, then you (and any other
entities which may further resell the products related to this Price Concession) acknowledge that the products which may be
supplied will not be supported by Zebra beyond Zebra’s applicable standard warranty and that the end user may have no
access to software and security updates.

If the transaction related to this approval requires the products to be shipped for use outside the Distributor’s and / or the
Partner’s appointed region, Zebra reserves the right to terminate any approved Price Concession with immediate effect.

This Price Concession was requested and approved under the Price Concession Guidelines of the PartnerConnect Program, a
copy of which may be accessed here: Click Here . By requesting and accepting this Price Concession, you are deemed to
have accepted such guidelines.
