Long-term Goal To serve as the support of Top Management in Admin and Operation policies,
Resource Allocation and Management Decision that would help the Organization
attain its goals.

Short-term Goal To satisfy the Management in terms of Asset Stewardship, would serve as an
eyes and ears in Resources Spent, and be able to give Alternatives on Making a
Decision.
