0 Operation Plan

This part explain the general approach to operation, business location, and facilities and
equipment.

5.1 General Approach to operation

The Art Unlimited Studio is a place that provide physical classes for aged adults to learn hobby
and skill. However, the global Covid-19 pandemic is forcing our studio to change our general
approach to operation. Customers need to stay at home and attend our classes via online. The
lecturer will need to conduct online classes in order to follow the Malaysia Movement Control
launch by government.

5.1.1 Quality Control

Our studio will strictly control the quality of the course we provided to our customers. In
order to do so, we only hired the lecturer that have experience and certificate in related
field. Our studio will testify the quality and qualifications of the hired lecturer every 6
months.

5.1.2 Customer Service

The customer service would on call during the operating hours. People can call or come
to our center, the receptionist will answer everything about our studio and the course
provided. A suggestion box will be place on the receptionist counter for customers to
give advice and suggestion to increase the quality of our service.

5.1.3 Service Development

Our studio is currently provide five course to our customers. In the future, our studio will
increase the course provided in different types in order to meet consumer’ needs in the
market. Our studio will soon launch new courses after we finished investigate and survey
in the market.
5.2 Business Location

The Art Unlimited Studio is an entertainment learning and skill learning provider company. The
main facilities of our company is located at Lot 1550, Ground Floor, Marina Square Phase 2,
Marina Parkcity, 98000 Miri, Sarawak. Our company is taking the shop lot of famous district in
Miri to ensure that our company is easy to find and increase exposure of our business to more
people. The strategic location in Marina Square of Miri is part of the reason our main facilities
located at there. Marina Square Phase 2 have more parking lot compare to other famous district
in Miri and all of the parking lot are free-using for vehicles despite the type. Thus, the location
choosing of the main facilities of our business is strategically logic in order to increase our
market share.

5.3 Facilities and Equipment

5.3.1 Facilities

The main campus of the facilities will be divided into several classes following the
course our studio provide. There will be 1 baking room, 1 patchwork room, 1 calligraphic
room, 3 room for different languages, and 2 computer room.

5.3.2 Equipment

The equipment needed for our company is based on the adult learning courses we provide
to our customers. General equipment such as chair and table will be provided as well.
Air-conditioner will be mounted in every room to provide a convenient environment for
our customers. Other equipment needed following the course will be list as below:

5.3.2.1 Computer Course

The computer course by our studio will ensure that there are standard and robust
computer provide to our customers to increase their experience in touch with the
modern technology. Our studio will provide 30 units of desktop type computer.

5.3.2.2 Baking Course

Our studio will provide every basic equipment for baking course. The baking
equipment will be provided to our customers such like stove, oven, baking tray,
blender, stand mixer, and others. The ingredients will also provide by the studio
as it will be included in the fees required.

5.3.2.3 Languages Course

Languages course is study course our studio offer to customers who is interested
in foreign languages. The foreign languages our studio provide is currently only
English, French and Japanese. The study materials will be prepared by our studio
and we even provide language test to testify the ability to speak and write the
foreign languages after the customers take our course.

5.3.2.4 Calligraphic Course

Calligraphic course is currently only provide in Chinese character and English

Alphabet. The tools to use in the course will be well prepared by our studio, such
like pentel brush pen, flat head brush, tombow brush pen, ruling pen, ink and
others.

5.3.2.5 Patchwork course

The accessories needed in patchwork course will be prepared such as the fabric
needed, needle, multiple color of string, and others. Customers is allowed to bring
they own patchwork toolkits and fabric to the class.
6.0 Management Team and Company Structure

The management team of Art Unlimited Studio will be led by the core founder, Chris Lau.

7.0 Funding Request

To meet the required capital for studio to run the business, we will need RM
