Pre-Commissioning Check list for Clinkerization Circuit
1)Limestone Crushing, Storage and Extraction system
Hopper Section
1. Check Hopper Railwelding etc.,
2. Check Hopper High level indicator. 3. Check Water Spray System
Apron Feeder
1. Drive Motor direction without compiling
2. Check the gearbox oil level and base bolts tighting etc., 3. Zero speed switch to be checked 4. Pull cord switches to be checked 5. Check the pan bolts, chain links and rollers etc., 6. Apron feeder tensioning to be check properly
Lime Stone Crusher
1. Check empty motor train run before fixing ‘V’ belts
2. Check the ‘V’ pulley alignment and ‘V’ belt fixing and tensioning to be checked 3. Drive pulley and fly wheel ring feeder bolts to be tightened as per norms. 4. Crusher drive bearing fixed free end side bearings to be maintained gap as per drawing to be checked. 5. Bearings RTD to be cross checked. 6. Bearings DE & NDE vibration levels to be fix and while running to be check up 7. Free end side motion switch to be checked 8. Crusher internals back plate gap Primary impact arm gap, Secondary impact arm gap and grinding path gap to be maintained as per recomdation 9. Before commissioning the crusher of Hydraulic power pack system to be commissioned manually check the oil, look the cylinders required position 10. Check the crusher rotation, vibration temperature observations etc., 11. Blow bars should be balanced accordingly to the rotation 12. LRS to be checked / LPB / stop button emergency stop to be checked 13. Pulley V Belt guard to be provided
Crusher Discharge Conveyor
1. Empty motor train run, direction to be accordingly rotation
2. Motion switch to be checked 3. Pull cord switch to be checked 4. Belt sway switches to be checked 5. Conveyor belt tensioning to be checked 6. LPB/Push button / Emergency stop to be checked 7. Coupling guards, Tail end pulley guard to be provided
