7. Teacher asks pupils about other characteristics /
unique features / tourist spot / interesting places
of the cities and towns that they may know.

8. Pupils tells teacher on their favourite city.

9. Pupils point out words that they do not


understand.

10. Teacher explains the meaning of the words.

11. Teacher explains on the use of singular and


plural article in sentences.

Practice

(20 mins) 12. Teacher gives pupils a worksheet. 21st Century Skills Strategy
13. The worksheet will consist of several incomplete
- Inquiry Discovery
sentences describing popular towns in Malaysia.

(E.g.: characteristics, tourist spot, etc.)

14. Pupils need to complete the sentences. They can


use pictures provided by the teacher as clues.

15. After pupils have completed all of the sentences,


they need to record their answers in an audio
form by using Whatsapp voice notes.

16. Pupils will send the voice notes to the teacher


Production 17. Teacher provides an audio recording about towns 21st Century Skills Strategy
and cities in other countries.
(20 mins) - Quiz and Trade
18. Pupils listen to the audio recording.

19. Pupils answer some multiple-choice questions


based on the audio recording.

Post Lesson 20. Teacher ask pupils on the city or town that they
wanted to visit the most.

21. Pupils give reasons for their answer.
