Vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from eating meat, poultry and fish.
Q2. List and explain the different types of vegetarianism.
There are 2 types of vegetarianism which are; lacto-vegetarianism and lacto-ovo-
vegetarianism.
Lacto-vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from eating meat, poultry and fish
but however eating dairy products like milk and cheese
Lacto-ovo-vegetarianism on the other hand is the practice of abstaining from eating
meat, poultry and fish but however still consuming a generous amount of dairy products and
eggs
Q3. What are the substances that vegan people could lack in their diet?
Vegan people could possibly lack vitamin B12, calcium and vitamin D
