WHAT IS CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT?

As we know classroom is a learning space which students and teacher learn. And
management is creating or organizing a group of people (students). Meanwhile classroom
management is creating atmosphere in the class with you as a teacher, whether it is enjoyable
or dull, uninvolving and uninspiring.
A teacher can keep the students in whole-class mode or to make students be more
active in class you can choose pair work and group work.

WHY DO WE NEED CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT?

We need classroom management to help create the most engaging and useful learning
environment, like learn new techniques. For example, how to talk to a group of people, how
to respond other people problems, or how to give an instruction and so on.

DIFFERENT CLASSROOM LAYOUTS

There are also some layouts that teacher can use when learning activity in classroom.
Teacher can arranged the desk to make students more stay focus in the class and make
communication between the teacher and students more intense. For example, semi-circle that
allows learners to make eye contact and communicate with each other’s, or you can try
working groups without any tables that frees up a lot of space in the class, which you can
exploit for speaking activities, games, simulation and so on.
