Online shopping may have two main disadvantages for customers.
The first disadvantage
of online shopping is delivery time. If there isn’t a problem in shipping, customers can get their products in time. However, sometimes there is a problem, even customers choose big company. For example, products can get lost, or delivered to the wrong address. It is a big problem customers who need to their products immediately. The second disadvantage of online shopping is that customers don’t know exactly what they buy. When they are doing online shopping, they see only a image of products. However, when products are delivered them, customers get surprised because of products’ size, texture or quality. Consequently, if customers don’t know the product exactly, they hesitate to buy this product from internet. In brief, doing online shopping may not be the right choice for customers who want to products immediately and don’t know exactly what they buy. 7/10
